LONGER-TERM COMMITMENTSemester Packages
This is for students who want a fixed weekly schedule (i.e. same day and time each week).

| TERMS: - This is for students who want a fixed weekly schedule (i.e. same day and time each week). - Payment must be received before the start of the semester to secure your time slot. - 24 Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy. As long as the studio is given at least 24 hours notice the student may reschedule their lesson without penalty. However, any notifications under 24 hours notice will result in the student forfeiting the lesson fee and no makeup lesson will be offered. In the case of illness a doctor’s certificate will be required. - Cancelled or rescheduled lessons MUST be completed within the same semester (any remaining lessons will be forfeited). - Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to instructor and studio availability only. - There is no transfer of any portion of tuition from one semester to another. - Students wishing to take more than 12 lessons in Semester 2 will be charged at a pro-rata rate. - We DO NOT offer refunds. Once payment has been received the student must commit to taking the lesson(s) he/she has purchased or they will forfeit the remaining lesson fee(s). |
MONTH TO MONTHMonthly Packages
Suitable for students who wish to pay on a month to month basis.
| TERMS: - This is for students who want a fixed weekly schedule (i.e. same day and time each week). - Payment is for a full calendar month (i.e. minimum purchase of four or five lessons depending on how many weeks your lesson day falls within the month.) - Payment is due on the 1st of the Month in order to secure your time slot for the upcoming month regardless of how many lessons are remaining from the previous month. - Once you stop paying the monthly tuition you will immediately forfeit your time slot and any outstanding lessons will need to be completed on a day/time TBD. - We do not allow students to just “skip” dates thereby deducting that date from payment. Payment is still required to hold any dates that a student may need to miss and a make-up lesson will need to be arranged. - Skipped or rescheduled lessons will also not simply be rolled back by one week thereby reducing the following month's tuition. Any skipped/rescheduled lessons must be made up on an alternative day/time to the usual schedule. - 24 Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy. PAY AS YOU GOOne-Off Lessons
The One-Off Payment Plan is for students who only wish to take one or two lessons per month.

Students must contact the studio on the weekend prior to the week they'd like to take a lesson to check availability. - 24 Hour Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy. However, any notifications under 24 hours notice will result in the student forfeiting the lesson fee and no makeup lesson will be offered. In the case of illness a doctor’s certificate will be required. - Rescheduled lessons cannot be cancelled or rescheduled a second time. - Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to instructor and studio availability only. - We DO NOT offer refunds.
